UKGLAS is governed by an Executive Committee which is elected annually by members at an Annual General Meeting:
CHAIR
Responsible for maintaining contact with the membership of the Association with members, dissemination of information, initiating and driving forward lobbying and representation with policymakers
VICE CHAIR
Deputises and contributes to all of the responsibilities of the Chair
SECRETARY
Arranges our meeting and takes and distributes notes and minutes
TREASURER
Monitors the financial affairs of the Association and ensures financial returns are presented annually to the Charity Commission
The four members elected are also incorporated into the Executive Committee of the Global Learning Association
The next AGM is provisionally timetabled to be on Friday July 4th 2025 (face to face and online), venue tbc.
